Teen Weight Loss Boot Camp is the answer.  Why a weekend? What are the benefits of a weekend camp?  A weekend camp is a cost effective way to jump start into America’s push on overcoming childhood weight problems.  Parents and families are able to take part in orientation and closing exercises with their teens while not missing work themselves.  This opportunity enables the whole family to become support and provide accountability to their teen.  The short time frame allows for teens to return to regular weekday activities.  By returning home after 48 hours of intensive training, the teen must apply what they’ve learned in the home environment where it needs to be practiced.  This gives the family and the teen the opportunity to test their own maintenance strength during the course of their day to day activities.  Here is the 1st place that emotional balance, healthy eating and daily exercise and activity must take place.   The weekend time frame allows a self conscious teen to avoid incriminating personal questions from friends and acquaintances alike.  By evaluating that they have or have not managed to extinguish their negative eating habits in this environment will determine if additional weekends are needed.  If so they will be provided as necessary reinforcement until positive behaviors become habit and the teen slims down the body and shapes up the mind.
